**HR & Recruitment Administrator

**Company**
My client provides new installations & projects, maintenance, and energy management services as a specialist in energy and building management systems.
This business, which has a turnover of about £16M, is expanding quickly. consisting of more than 80 employees and a network of suppliers and subcontractors, with ambitious intentions to expand significantly over the following five years.
**Your duties**
- Respond to daily HR issues and questions, elevating them as needed to the HR Manager.
- In charge of updating and maintaining all the People HR portal documentation (HRIS).
- Coordinate and maintain the agency's PSL (preferred supplier list).
- Coordination of all onboarding and new starter procedures, including reference and DBS checks, certifications necessary for the position, new starter paperwork, etc.

**Desirable skills**
- Outstanding administrative skills and a commitment to streamlining and streamlining procedures.
- Management of the hiring process experience.
- The ability to work independently and a willingness to learn. 4. In our very demanding work environment, it is crucial to be diligent and efficient.
- The capacity for efficient communication at all levels, together with strong interpersonal abilities and a confident telephone manner.
- Experience with an HR system, particularly People HR or a comparable one.

**Essential Skills**
- Experience of working in an HR and Recruitment role.
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record working with senior managers and key stakeholders.
- Experience of supporting Senior Managers.
- Experience of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent Microsoft package skills (word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Excellent organisation and people skills.
