The Engineering Education Scheme Wales Ltd is currently seeking a Delivery Officer, who will work under the supervision of the Activity Manager and liaise with the Chief Executive Officer to deliver exciting and motivating STEM activities in schools and to develop new project ideas, on a fixed term contract (maternity cover) from August 2024 to 31st December 2024. There is the possibility of an extension to March 2025, depending on available funding.

As a Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for delivering various STEM activities in schools. You will deliver sessions to groups of pupils within their schools across North Wales, as well as assisting the Activity Manager and other deliverers with the development of new STEM activities to be delivered across Wales.

The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and will be based at EESW North Wales Office, Llandudno (at Blessed William Davies Primary School). Travel across Wales **will** be required as part of this role and your own transport is essential. The salary for this position will be starting at £28,000 per annum (depending on experience), with an allowance of 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays).

This post is part funded by the Welsh Government Education Directorate and Innovation Team.

The role also includes delivery to schools in Conwy and Wrexham. The project is funded by the UK Government, driven by Levelling Up.
