**Job Introduction**

We are looking for someone to join our great team as a Warranty Administrator at North Wales Motor Company where you will be accountable for efficiently and accurately completing and invoicing warranty jobs for Honda and Kia.

The main purpose is to ensure OEM guidelines and processes are followed to ensure warranty claims are on time, and processed correctly.

You will be responsible for accurately invoicing all Honda and Kia warranty claims

You will also be expected to cover the parts department during annual leave of others.

**Main Responsibilities**

Ensuring Technician clocking times are correct and in adherence to Manufacturer guidelines

You will be preparing all warranty claims for submission to manufacturers for payment

Work closely with the aftersales team to ensure process is water tight to avoid any discrepancies in an audit

Work effectively as part of the full member After Sales team

Process recalls

Covering parts department where necessary

Previous warranty experience

Excellent communication skills

Good technical knowledge in all aspects of warranty

Strong planning and organising skills

Have a team focus, and work with the Aftersales department to create a high performing working relationship with a great team.

Time and cost consciousness by processing claims in line with time scales as per Warranty policy

Parts knowledge

**Working hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm**

**Saturdays on a rota basis**

**Salary - £26,000 P/A + Bonus**
