Contract Administration Manager - Repairs
West London / hybrid working
Temp initially 3-6 months
£250-£350 daily rate
- Provide the day-to-day administration and financial management to contracts, programmes and projects across the Property & Building Services directorate
- Focus on reviewing processes and procedures to help drive service improvements.
- Be responsible for managing a range of databases and spreadsheets ensuring accurate input and maintenance of information databases on a daily basis.
- Support the administration of partnership and contract meetings, working closely with Capital Delivery Projects team.
- Work proactively to resolve issues, complaints, member enquiries and other case work. In addition, to identify emerging risks and implement mitigating action.
- Liaise with Contractors regarding work carried out on behalf of the Council to ensure timescales and standards are met.
- Facilitate the payment of invoices and purchase orders and ensure financial standing orders are followed when obtaining quotes or purchasing items for contractors, escalating areas of overspend, underperformance, or general concern as required.

To be considered for the role you will need experience of driving service improvements ideally within repairs in social housing.
- You know how to communicate expertly. Your ability to engage with complex concepts and issues and communicate these clearly and simply is one of your strengths.
- You will have led and contributed to the delivery of transformational change.
