We are recruiting for a **part time** Customer Service Assistant to help build a foundation for the future growth of the Company. The hours of work would ideally be 8am to 5pm (or 8am to 4.30pm) on Mondays and 9am to 1pm Tuesday to Friday, but there may be some flexibility if needed.

The main purpose of this role will be to support the Sales and Marketing Department with all customer service activities and be responsible for customer interactions across all marketplaces and over the phone.

The main responsibilities of your role will be to:

- Answer all business telephone calls that come through the main number
- Process order cancellations, replacements and customer refunds
- Complete stock and order uploads for some marketplaces
- Support with general administrative work, such as updating Company spreadsheets, systems and documents
- Complete monthly data back-ups
- Monitor and deal with customer reviews and feedback
- Take responsibility for and collaborate on Amazon and other marketplace cases, such as infringements and performance notifications
- Undertake investigations in response to customer queries

To be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience of working in a customer facing or E-Commerce environment. Previous experience using customer support software would be ideal. You will also need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Experience of working with marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay would be an advantage.

Accuracy and attention to detail in this role is a must, along with previous administrative experience.
