This role focuses on all aspects of dispatching orders, managing deliveries and couriers and maintaining stock levels within a busy warehouse, liaising with other departments and maintaining KPI’s

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Picking and packing orders in line with KPI’s and service levels.
- Receiving and effectively booking in deliveries from suppliers.
- Ensuring the correct parcels are dispatched to the correct courier on a daily basis and managing courier collections in line with collection times.
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, providing feedback to the supervisor.
- Carrying out and confirming effective stock checks, ensuring a high accuracy level whilst doing so.
- Being responsible for managing personal daily performance in line with the personal and teams daily target. Using the dashboard and supervisor feedback to assist with this.
- Identifying, communicating and escalating issues affecting the team, its processes or service levels.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure a cohesive workflow and company goals are met and service is not affected.
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept to a clean and safe standard in line with H&S regulations - including managing your own workspace - emptying bins, clearing the floor etc.
- Attending with full participation quarterly 1-2-1’s with supervisor, setting personal targets and development areas with the opportunity to learn new skills and complete any training required to maintain effectiveness within the role in line with the teams skills matrix.
- Ensuring the company's reputation is maintained at all times
- Any ad hoc duties if the team is able to assist to ensure another teams service levels are not impacted such as putting out stock, booking in, clearing the area etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
