**Role Summary**

Provide support to the After Market Solutions team to plan, manage and execute all activities related to the Company's After Market Solutions Projects, which include Engineering Studies, Inspection Testing & Witness offsite scopes, AM Equipment Supply, Storage and Inspections scopes and Equipment Rental projects in all areas of the industry, to ensure that goals and objectives are met on schedule and budget.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work in accordance with prevailing Industry Standards and accepted offshore practices as directed by team.
- After Market Solutions Projects Administration & Document Control
- Project Controls; tracking projects, progress reports, performance records and costs.
- Collating back up to allow invoices to be drafting for services executed
- Purchase requisitions, purchase order, creation and tracking, for parts, consumables and services.
- Personnel coordination, immigration, logistics, planning, tracking, expenses and processes
- Support operations and field pool resource training, qualification and competency planning and monitoring
- Support equipment and personnel utilisation planning.
- Assisting with maintenance of services business quality management system through continuous improvement.
- Be aware of commercial and contractual aspects of a project/task.
- Work in compliance with the company's policies and procedures relating to Health, Safety and Environment, ensuring that they are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, reporting any nonconformity, accident, incident or potential risk situations and interrupting any situations Unsafe or harmful to the environment, health and safety, based on attitude, training, leadership and commitment.

**Required Qualifications**
- Self-motivated, ability to work alone and as part of team.
- Ability to deal direct with local entities, 3rd parties and clients in preparation for and during personnel service scopes
- Ability to effectively present information to management and/or other groups.
- Ability to collect data and establish facts.
- IT literate with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office.
- Ability to operate within a multi-tasking dynamic team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present information and respond to questions across a broad range of levels in the organization.
- Flexible attitude and proactive approach to unpredictable services environment.
- Occasional foreign travel may be required.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Previous experience in project controls and coordination role
