**The Role**

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Handyperson to be responsible for the service delivery across the 3 sites of Hull Extra Care PFI.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a support staff to the engineering team as required. Undertake internal and external training as required to provide a robust lead role in all aspects of the service, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical and fabric work.
- To ensure all statutory maintenance work is completed as per programme and to a high standard. Compliance work will include Legionella (L8) Water Hygiene testing, fire & sprinkler testing, fire door inspections, emergency lighting.
- Take a lead role and coordinate labour for any voids at the 3 sites, escalate areas within the voids to the Contract Manager where contractors labour will be required
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager & Contract Manager to reduce reactive maintenance inefficiencies
- Provide cover to all sites as required during periods of holiday & sickness.
- Any other duties as per a reasonable management instruction within your skill level appropriate to the role.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Be willing to undertake training to enhance Electrical, Plumbing & Fabric skills
- Relevant health & safety knowledge
- Ability to work alone or with others.
- Full Driving Licence (Van Provided)
