**Operations Assistant**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Assistant to join our client's well-established team in Grimsby.

**The Main Purpose of the Operations Assistant** **Responsibilities are**:
Provide comprehensive and proactive administration and finance support to the directors, head of operations, and clinical leads.

**The Operations Assistant** **Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection
- Ensure referrals are processed in line with policies
- Preparing training resources and collating feedback
- Maintain an up-to-date diary for the team
- Sending and collating surveys through Survey Monkey
- Ensure accurate messages are taken for the team and delivered in a timely manner
- Undertake routine office duties including photocopying, faxing, filing of correspondence and results, and maintenance of records as required
- Following and championing processes and procedures
- Ensure all referral information and notes are updated in the bespoke CRM system
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Collating and checking monthly timesheets
- Reconciling payments
- Chasing missing payments from aged debtors list

**The Perfect Operations Assistant** **will be**:

- A team player
- Be confident in development/improving systems
- Be a self-starter
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be confident in professionally challenging the way things are done and influence to enable effective change
- Experienced in using Xero
- Excellent interpersonal skills
