We are working alongside a well-established full fibre broadband company, who have been operating for 20 years, bringing next-level broadband to rural areas of East Anglia and the East of England.

With this growth comes this position of Network Operations Coordinator.

The main aspects of the role will be coordinating field engineers, allocating workloads for customer connections, network faults and bespoke connections, as well as raising permits.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Allocating engineer resource
- Knowledge of scheduling systems
- Scheduling Network Faults
- Updating Zendesk Tickets
- Creating Geopal jobs and ensuring they are assigned to the correct engineer
- Scheduling Network repairs
- Reviewing aborts
- Managing the workload of surveys
- Updating spreadsheets
- Assisting our Streetworks Permit officer and reviewing Surveys

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in the telecoms sector
- Experience of scheduling engineers
- Experience of raising permits
- Good knowledge of red book needed
