We are looking for an upbeat & friendly customer service advisor to join our customer service team, helping our customers with order queries, delivery issues and warranty claims.

**Main Duties**
- Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with them in a professional manner.
- Accurately record and log interactions with customers and order updates.
- Work closely with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication and problem resolution.
- Address customer questions regarding products and advice.
- Office admin duties, as required.

**Hours of work**

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm from our head office in Yeovil. This role cannot be conducted remotely.

**Experience**

Product/industry knowledge is not required for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
