Example Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking travel assistance
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during travel
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize client satisfaction

Ideal Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism or hotel industry is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
