Lead Speech and Language Therapist

Shire Healthcare are currently sourcing a Lead Speech and Language Therapist for one of our clients based in Cheshire. The successful Speech and Language Therapist will support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.

This is a full-time, permanent position at 37.5 hours per week.

The role:

- Managing and prioritising a complex clinical caseload
- Using evidence based/person-centred principles to assess, implement and evaluate intervention
- Working in other local settings as and when required
- Providing specialist Dysphagia assessments and intervention
- Contributing to service development

The ideal Speech and Language Therapist:

- Holds a Degree/Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered
- Leadership and management experience
- Extensive knowledge in dysphagia and communication disorders

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£48,800.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
