Customer Service Administration Apprenticeship

Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the telephone and assisting callers with their enquiries, including message taking,
- Updating internal computer systems with data / new information,
- Chasing outstanding deliveries from Suppliers,
- Update spreadsheets,
- Raisings estimates for maintenance and any follow up work,
- Diary management activities.
- Scanning,
- Filing
Working hours**:9 a.m. - 5 p.m.**
Salary**:£915.35 per month**, with opportunities for **pay increases **as you progress through the apprenticeship.
