Do you like to work with data and build client relationships?

If you answered yes, then we have an opportunity that you’ll be interested in - a full time Employer Data Team Officer.

The main duties include:

- Monitoring and tracking progress of data returns from Fund employers
- Issuing data requests
- Liaising with Fund employers and to help resolve issues or queries with their data
- Analysing the data and carry out reconciliation exercises
- Supporting employers to use the data portal
- Maintaining confidentiality.

You will need to demonstrate:

- Experience of working on your own initiative within a data processing environment
- Experience of dealing with customers or clients
- A practical working knowledge and use of data management systems
- Numeracy and have practical knowledge of the use of statistics and data analysis
- Knowledge and understanding of a pension, payroll or equivalent administration systems.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week working in Truro, Cornwall.
