**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking a Workshop Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and is ready to contribute to our growing business. While prior experience is not a prerequisite, some basic knowledge or skill in handling power tools and woodworking would be beneficial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parts Processing and Finishing**: Assist in the processing and finishing of stock parts and job components, ensuring quality and precision.
- **Workshop Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- **Team Support**: Provide support to joiners, fitters, and machine operators, learning from their expertise and assisting in various tasks.
- **Learning and Skill Development**: Actively engage in learning opportunities to build skills and advance to other roles within the workshop as the business grows.
- **Flexibility and Teamwork**: Demonstrate a willingness to work staggered shifts and weekends as needed, and collaborate effectively with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge or skill in using power tools and woodworking preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work in a team and support senior members.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
