Suitable to someone who has experience in customer service. As a Beverage Assistant you are often the first person customers see on entering, so being able to warmly great them and answer simple queries is important. The shifts can easily fit in around Uni or College hours and increase during the holidays and weekends.

We are looking for applicants who live locally and will be available during the the Summer Season, July 26-September 8th and the Christmas period.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Prepare drink orders: Shakes, Hot drinks, Cold bottled drinks & deliver to tables
- Serve / acknowledge customers who enter / phone in, as quickly as possible.
- Demonstrate passion and pride in the presentation of the drinks you prepare
- Help your teammates when you see they need it.
- Help customers politely and quickly - seek advice from the team when needed
- Help settle customer bills efficiently and accurately
- Book table reservations and answer the phone
- Take take-away food and drink orders
- Complete daily / monthly cleaning and restocking duties for your work area
- Conduct activities with regard for everyone’s personal health & safety. If you perceive a safety issue, report it immediately to your Line Manager

Part Time staff. Applicants who live in Falmouth and will be available during the School and University Holiday periods and Summer Holiday period.
