**The Role**

**We are currently looking for experienced and talented Negotiators within Estate Agency - if you are experienced Negotiator in Sales or Lettings, or you are able to deal with both - lettings and sales this role is for you**

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you listing property, assistingnegotiations and guiding sales to completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

Whether you have a background in real estate already, we’d love an opportunity to talk to individuals who are honest, act with integrity and possess exceptional communication skills.

If you share our passion and purpose and have some interest or experience in this area, we’ll help to make sure you have everything else you need to succeed.

**This is a 5 day working week not 6 like many other Agency’s**
