We are a family run, West Midlands based facilities management company who have been established for almost 10 years' providing a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Refrigeration services across commercial contracts.
Due to growth within the business, we are now looking for a Quotes Service Administrator to work closely with the service director to ensure all works are quoted for.
**duties and responsibilities**:

- Supporting service director
- Proving quotes for works to be carried out
- Ordering parts and materials
- Using job logic to allocate works and set up new projects
- Manage and provide good customer service to client accounts
- Build good working relationships internal and external
- Ensure administration processes work effectively
- Work on achieving KPI,s
We are seeking a loyal and committed Individual, to join our busy service department. With a positive attitude, while sharing our Company values
You must be computer literate, have good English and mathematics, able to use of excel and Microsoft word to a good level.
The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, with excellent communication skills, and naturally build good working relationships internally and external.
