To provide management and leadership to the Children’s Community Nursing Team (CCNT) and the Complex Care Team (CCT

To support and promote the ethos of empowering children and their families or carers to develop the knowledge and skills and expertise to enable them to become self caring, independent and manage their own condition at home wherever possible.

To provide senior leadership and operational management to the CCNT and CCT.

Be a clinical role model and provide expert advice in delivering care to children and young people in the community.

Undertake weekly clinical interventions as agreed within the CCN caseload

To line manage the team leader of the CC and CCNT.

To promote partnership working with the multidisciplinary team to ensure and integrated approach to meeting the needs of the child and family or carer
