This is an exciting new opportunity within the thriving and expanding Product and Commercial team where we are looking for product executives with an interest or experience in one of the following areas:

- Designing, creating, pricing & maintaining new & existing Tailor-Made products. You’ll work closely with our cruise line commercial managers & land-based partners to ensure we maintain our position as the UK leading dynamic Tailor-Made cruise specialist operator. Within Tailor Made, there’s no limit on the scale and type of packages we can build.
- Cruise and land tour groups, ensuring that all our group departures run smoothly from point of booking to point of return. You’ll work closely with our key cruise line’s & land-based partners.
- Aviation management, internally and externally, liaising with our airline partners to ensure the smooth running of flight pricing, availability and bookings. You will also maintain our operational booking and fulfilment of Out of Date Range for Air, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed with the highest level of accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Building**:

- To build, price & maintain a portfolio of Tailor-Made products, which will be merchandised on our website whilst maintaining the highest degree of accuracy at all times,
- Work alongside the Product Manager(s) & Marketing department to develop activity for key campaigns and to help plan the relevant actions to maximise returns,
- Continually monitor competitor activity to ensure prices and products are best in market,
- Actively engage with the business to ensure two-way communication lines are open at all times and to communicate effectively to both the Planet & Iglu Sales teams any new/ relevant information.

**Groups**:

- To maintain manifests, keeping them updated with new bookings & relevant travel information,
- Supporting the management of group allocations,
- Assisting with creation of supporting visa documentation & preparation of tickets,
- Financial responsibilities relating to group bookings including working closely with our accounts / invoicing teams,
- Assisting with enquiries from our sales & after-sales teams,
- Working closely with our key group suppliers,
- Regularly reviewing cruise group pricing to ensure best in market rates,

**Aviation**:

- Responsible for the fulfilment process of our OODR flights, hotels and tours,
- Assist Product Managers with OODR air estimates for worldwide product portfolio,
- Work with our airline suppliers to ensure aviation products are sourced priced and populated in our cache and API feeds,
- Work alongside the Product Manager(s) fare types surface in our package management system,
- Support Customer Care and Operational Teams escalated issues that arise - Schedule changes, cancellations and changes to ticketing deadlines,
- Support the sales team with help on itineraries, pricing and obtaining the best airfares,
- Support the Group Operations team with any air related queries,
- Assist with the building and maintenance of Tailor Made product portfolio.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in the travel industry,
- Ambitious, dynamic, enthusiastic and keen to develop - continually striving to improve,
- Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations, cities and airlines,
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
- Works to the highest degree of accuracy,
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask,
- Being a self-starter, to be able to work under own initiative,
- Proficient IT, Microsoft office or GSuite,
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal,
- A creative mindset to think outside off the box.
