We currently have a Full-time job role available at Mad Hatters Day Nursery. We are looking for someone to join our hard-working team, to continue providing a safe, fun, stimulating, and challenging environment for children to thrive in.

As a member of staff at Mad Hatters you receive access to ongoing funded training to build your personal professional development opportunities, through various training courses.

Ownership of your base rooms to allow you to take pride in and make changes you feel would support the children within your care and freedom to provide a range of exciting opportunities for the children.

Mad Hatters does not ask staff to work from home. Time is given at work to complete relevant paperwork and where able training, in exception the annual open day, and statutory first aid training every 3 years. This allows you to enjoy your weekends work free, and your evenings as we are committed to a work/life balance.

We have a Mental Health First Aider on site and weekly wellbeing meetings offered as well as access to a 24hours/7 day a week counselling helpline.

Free meals with the children each working day

A space to unwind on your lunch break with free hot drinks.

Support given by the management team to allow you to carry out your job effectively and take pride in your work through regular supervisions and appraisals.

Staff meetings are held for team building sessions, and training, to create a fun place to be.

Uniform tops are provided

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
