Earlswood Early Years has a number of play and learning opportunities, through forest schools, outdoor play, sensory rooms, and age based rooms, as well as a communal hub area.

**Purpose and Responsibilities of the role**

To provide the highest level of care and learning opportunities for children in your care;
- Support and extend the individual needs and interests of the children in your care.
- Ensure the well-being, health and safety of the children in your care.
- Follow the EYFS Framework and develop engaging learning opportunities.
- Promote and meet all the physical, emotional, social and developmental needs of the children in your care.
- Ensure company policy and practices are carried out at all times.

**Key skills / requirements**

Earlswood Early Years is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour
