**The Position**

We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager to come and join our high performing Corporate Partnerships team. Your role will be to help the team generate millions of pounds of income to support the work of the hospital, by engaging and building relationships with major companies to secure new partnerships for the charity.

You will be securing new sources of income and ensuring that GOSH Charity is embracing and developing new and innovative methods of fundraising.

**The Team**

You would be joining a high performing Partnership Development team, , part of our Relationship Fundraising directorate. We have ambitions to raise over £10m per year and delivering our ambitious and innovative new fundraising strategy. This is a sector leading and highly motivated team seeking to continue its fantastic previous successes.

**About you**
- You will be a driven and self-motivated individual with a resilient and positive approach. You will have superb experience in presenting and developing relationships with companies and organisations of all sizes, and an ability to work and engage with all levels of stakeholder.
- Proven experience of generating new business, from prospect identification to securing new deals/partnerships.
- Experience of creative and successful written proposals/pitches for 6-figure asks.
- Ability to react quickly and flexibly in order to adapt, change or capitalise on new opportunities.
- Proven experience of communicating with senior stakeholders and evidence of building and developing relationships with prospects.
- A history of working with team members and evidence of providing and giving feedback to work more effectively to achieve fantastic results.
- An understanding of the private sector and CSR approaches.
- Exposure to the way charities interact with companies (Previous Charity experience is not essential).
- Leadership experience in cross organisation projects or groups.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships to support the close working relationship with your fellow job-share counterpart.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential. Without donations, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity can't help fund ground-breaking research, advanced equipment, child and family support services, and the rebuilding and refurbishment of wards and medical facilities.
