Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEMH)

Location: Warrington, UK

Position Type: Full-time, Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to SEMH students in the classroom.
- Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers and other stakeholders regarding student progress and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with SEMH students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
