We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a school setting.
About the Role:- Support students with SEN in a 1:1 and group setting
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system
- Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
- Previous experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date safeguarding training
- A competitive daily rate of £95+
- A full-time contract with a minimum of 8:30 am - 3:30 pm hours
- Ongoing support and training
- A collaborative and dynamic work environment
