We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Weybridge. You will play a vital part in keeping the store and its deliveries running smoothly and efficiently by delivering to our customers and serving on the busy trade counter. Experience with our products isn't strictly necessary, if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Our Decorating Centre which is located on the Waterside Trading Estate in Weybridge stocks not only a fantastic range of leading paint brands, but all sorts of decorating tools and equipment including woodcare products and even has it’s own dedicated designer paint showroom Our Weybridge branch has built a strong profile since opening up in 1985, serving trade decorators and home décor enthusiasts for decades. Our team are always on hand to make recommendations and give expert advice to customers in store - it's part of our commitment to outstanding customer service. The opening hours for this branch are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

**As a Driver with Retail Sales Advisor duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the Weybridge area driving our Company vehicle
- Unloading deliveries in the warehouse or branch and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store
- Keeping our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards
- Providing exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service
- Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
- Mixing paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network when required
- Building relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service

**Who we are looking for to join our team**:

- Familiar with Weybridge and the surrounding area
- Full clean manual driving licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality
- Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times
- Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required
- Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
