Job Title: Retail Assistant

Job Summary:

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
