Being part of the Store Management team, you will assist in the smooth running of the store; from promoting our products to customers, maximising sales to delivering excellent customer service. You will process stock arriving into the store and receive deliveries so you will need the ability to lift and handle stock. You will play an important role on the sales floor supporting your Store Manager in assisting our customers.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team based at head office.
**What do we require from you?**
- Price checking and matching supplier invoices
- Inputting invoices into the purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations and monthly payment runs
- Managing supplier credit claims
- Credit Card Posting and Statement Reconciliation
- Expense processing and payments
- Processing buys backs and customer refunds
- Assist with Bank Postings and Reconciliations
- Assist with Control Account Reconciliations
- Assist with company recharges
- Ad hoc support of the finance department (including ad hoc reporting)
- Liaise closely with other departments within the business
**Essential Skills, you should**:
- Be computer literate, knowledge of SAP Business One and Excel would be desirable but not essential (training will be given)
- Have good organisation skills and be able to prioritise your workload and meet set deadlines
- Have attention to detail
