The CSM (Customer Service Management) Strategy is a regional department, which reports directly to the VP of Service NW organization. We collaborate with and define the strategic direction of the sub-regional CSM departments in our region. Our department is also responsible for region-wide initiatives and projects, as well as strategic interfacing across the whole Vestas organization.

**Responsibilities**
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Ensure orchestration of change journey often associated with the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Mobilizes project resources as appropriate. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages relationships with key business stakeholders and ensures that business requirements are effectively captured
- project teams, communicating roles and responsibilities whilst driving collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Create and maintain project portfolio overview (scope, resources, timelines, action log, risks, roadblocks and gap analysis)
- Program delivery control: Lead the project cadence and drive program governance process

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's Degree is a plus, but not required
- 3-5 years of experience in working on international transformation or change management projects or in project management
- Experience working in a global organization with complex geographical context (matrix organization)
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Business fluent spoken and written English
- Adept at problem solving, gathering, and sharing information, with sound business judgment and strong analytical skill
