In this role you will contribute to the delivery of business objectives through the development and deployment of innovative and effective B2B marketing communications activities in line with Group, Region and local communication strategies, standards and guidelines. This position reports directly to the Motion/Country Communications Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, developing and delivery of local marketing communication activities to maintain the positive image of the Company, brand and value proposition in the mind of customers, prospects and stakeholders. Ensures marketing communication activities and plans align with global marketing, corporate, and country communications strategies and guidelines.
- Stimulates lead generation and brand/solution awareness through advertising, online channels, print media and other communications vehicles to promote products, systems, and services to a range of industrial, commercial and government clients.
- Develops creative concepts for all print and digital communication channels in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines. Oversees work provided by internal and/or external resources.
- Event management - Organizes events and exhibitions, from branding to lead management to drive the corporate brand and to support business objectives.
- Message alignment - Ensures consistent communication across multiple and appropriate media to extend the Company‘s visibility both externally and internally.
- Marketing materials - Manage the creation, adaption, production and publication of print and digital assets to support sales activities and product launches.

**Your background**:

- Preferably a degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (Journalism).
- Experience in communications or marketing communications in B2B environment.
- Creative and think
- out of the box mentality.
- Analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs.
- Open-minded, autonomous, and ready to explore new things and challenges every day.
- Ability to express technically complex content in easy-to-understand way.
- Excellent collaboration and good presentation skills.
- Key to the role is the ability to think digital. From the power of social media and online advertising, to considering the whole digital journey of a customer, from awareness to order. Knowledge of Salesforce/Marketing Automation and willingness to develop digital skills is key.
- Also, an essential skill is project management, as in this role you will need to work with a variety of stakeholders, from engineers to briefing agencies, to provide a clear, informative, and concise message to a range of B2B audiences.
