We are seeking a Projects Co-ordinator to work with the Program Director, Project Planner and Project Managers delivering a portfolio of cross functional projects within the Legato Business Transformation Program.
In this role you facilitate overall program governance, ensure that priorities across several projects within the program remain balanced and aligned. You will have the responsibility of collaborating with cross functional project teams to ensure up to date program documentation is maintained. You will also aid the definition of and ensure regular progress reports are submitted on time, schedule and record relevant governance meetings.
Engaging with Project Managers, a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues from across Malvern Panalytical, you will ensure project interdependencies are aligned, capture and track resolution of individual project and collective program risks and issues.
What are your responsibilities?
- Structure and maintain Business transformation Program documentation in a central location
- Ensure on-time progress reporting by Project Managers of individual projects within the Business transformation Portfolio
- Preparation of the Monthly Business transformation Program progress report
- Co-ordination of regular governance meetings
- Day to day liaison with Project Managers
- Working with the Projects Planner and individual project managers, maintain an overview of project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively being reviewed to minimise their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Detail-oriented individual with high level of communication abilities
- Excellent people skills, the ability to adapt and work with people at all levels in the organisation
- Project planning experience using MS-Project
- Good presentation (development and delivery) skills
Great to have?
- Previous business transformation experience enabled by SAP S/4HANA
- Understanding of product roadmaps, lifecycle, development
- Passion to make a difference in a progressive organisation
