Key Responsibilities:

- Setting up customer accounts.
- Processing customer quotations, orders and invoices.
- Preparing production paperwork for our warehouse team.
- Providing after sales support.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably have an administration background with proven office skills.
- Have excellent customer service skills & phone manner.
- Have strong organisation skills as well as good attention to detail.
- Be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently.
- Be pro-active & eager to learn.
