Job Role:
Morston Palatine provides administration services to a variety of charitable, not for profit, entertainment, and property development activities. We are a small team with offices in Blakeney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing invoices and payments
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Cashbook logs, paying invoices, logging costs, preparing and issuing invoices,
- Preparing budgets, providing estimated and actual costs.
- Cashflow forecasting and preparing financial reports for regular management meetings.
- Management of utilities suppliers and renewals
- Overseeing insurance portfolios
- Managing bank accounts, direct debits and upcoming payments

Skills Required:

- Experience in accounts administration
- Knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage accounting tasksfor a varied range of activities contemporaneously.
- Supporting a range of interesting and challenging charitable and commercial activities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
