We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational and computer skills, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office calendars and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
**Requirements**:
- Ideal experience in haulage
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
