Working alongside major brands including the likes of Microsoft, O2, Vodafone, Gamma and NEC, you will provide their long-standing customer base with highly professional and effective technical support covering tasks such as IT Services, Hosted telephony,Mobile, Cyber Security, Digital Transformation and Microsoft Office 365 Consultancy.

Full product training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and support Gamma VoIP, WiFi and MS products.

Manage and support legacy telecoms systems and process the transformation orders from legacy to new IP Technology

Working knowledge and experience of core networking technologies such as IP, DNS, DHCP and NAT

Analytical structured approach to problem solving.

Excellent and confident telephone manner.

Keeping customers updated for the duration of their query.

1st and 2nd line support queries

Cyber Security deployment

Customer Migrations

New Device Set up

Diagnosing and fixing faults

End user support

On-site installations

Hours: 830 am - 5pm
