The Ipsos Global Healthcare team are responsible for the development of competitive client-facing solutions and services targeted to the pharma, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics client sectors.

**The role.**
In this senior position, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Healthcare Global Service Line (GSL), you will provide strategic and tactical leadership to our successful healthcare client relationship programme, as well as personally lead a named client account. The Healthcare Global Client Programme is an industry specialist area, ensuring client engagement and activation are tailored to the specific requirements of Client Companies in the health sector.

**What will I be doing?**
This is a varied and interesting role including:
**Business leadership**: -Overseeing all aspects of the Healthcare Global Client Programme, including strategic planning, financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal performance & financial reporting (Business Management Reporting, Global Leadership Team reporting), client contract renewals, external client marketing & engagement activities.
**People leadership**: -You will be supported by Global Client Officers responsible for named client accounts to whom you will lead by example to elevate client engagement. As a team, you will activate Ipsos’ core and valued-add offers, ensuring client stakeholders are aware of the breadth and depth of Ipsos solutions and new innovations. **Client leadership**: -As well as your overarcing CCO role, you will also act as GCO for a named client account (client to be determined). As GCO you will work closely with the clients’ global stakeholders to grow Ipsos’ share of wallet, ensuring trusted partner status between Ipsos and key client stakeholders. In addition, you will support and enable Ipsos in-country local Client Officers and local Service Line teams to grow their local business.
**A key role in the Healthcare global team**: -As an important member of the Healthcare Global Service Line (GSL) team, you wil be expected to actively lead (and support) GSL business projects and represent the Healthcare Global Service Line in wider Ipsos client-related, business-related, and/or external industry-related activities.. **Global responsibility & exposure**: -This role is global in scope, providing the opportunity to engage with Ipsos teams and blue-chip clients around the world. -A moderate level of international travel is required to foster strong client relationships, for business development, and for internal management purposes. **What do I need to bring with me?**
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
**Experience and background** -You have strong commercial development experience, as evidenced by strong c-suite relationships and a track record of generating & delivering profitable growth with health sector clients. -You speak the healthcare ‘language’ and are credible in front of clients. You also understand the unique client requirements and business challenges of health sector clients (including regulatory and compliance requirements). -You understand the importance of financial management and metrics and are comfortable navigating financial systems and reports. -You are an experienced negotiator and can navigate challenging conversations, whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism, integrity and personal engagement. -You are an experienced business leader with a proven track record of managing and motivating others. **Personal attributes** -You are results-driven and strive to meet (and beat) set business targets. -You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at communicating and engaging with a variety of internal and external audiences. -You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment with individuals from many disciplines, levels of experience, and cultures. You make others feel supported. -You are seen as calm and confident under pressure and can manage competing priorities and high-pressure timelines effectively. -You enjoy mentoring others and developing their capabilities. You take pride in their achievements. -You are not afraid of getting ‘hands-on’ when required.
