Role Overview: The Chief Technology Officer will oversee our technology and data management strategies, ensuring that both align with our business goals and support our mission. This role involves leading our technology development, data analytics, and information management practices. You will be responsible for guiding the technology team, fostering innovation, ensuring system integrity, and maximizing the value of our data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive technology strategy that integrates with overall business objectives.
  • Lead data governance and management activities, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and security across all platforms.
  • Drive innovation in technology and data analytics to improve product offerings and enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the technical infrastructure, ensuring it supports business operations and growth.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align technology and data initiatives with business strategies.
  • Manage and expand a technology team that is skilled, versatile, and aligned with our company values.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies, data management practices, and regulatory requirements to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Prepare and manage the technology budget, ensuring it delivers the best value and supports key business initiatives.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a CTO, CIO, or similar leadership role with a strong emphasis on data management (Chief Data Officer experience is highly beneficial).
  • Extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and a strong technical acumen.
  • Experience in data governance, data architecture, and implementing data privacy laws.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
