Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Compliance Officer (Property), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £29,500 - £32,470 per annum.

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Compliance Team at CCHA. As a Compliance Officer (Property) you will be part of a professional and customer focused team, with the responsibility for providing an efficient and effective service to our customers.

You will be an integral part of the Property Compliance Team ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all areas. Your responsibility will be to plan, organise and implement the delivery of statutory checks ensuring they are carried out as required. A key outcome of your role is to ensure an effective compliance service is provided to all stakeholders.

CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire. As an Association, we focus on the needs of the local communities we serve, tackling the housing crisis, improving services within our communities, and use our strength and efficiency to meet housing service needs.
