Residential Childcare Officer

The post-holders will work alongside the Residential Staff Team to ensure the welfare of the children and young people boarding at the school. They will maintain confidentiality in and outside of the workplace, and be pro-active in matters of health andsafety.

Linden Bridge School is a special school in Worcester Park, Surrey for children and young people with complex communication and interaction needs. Originally part of the LIFT Partnership Multi Academy Trust, a family of schools who work together to use andshare a wide range of expertise and services, LIFT Partnership has now merged with The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) from March 2021.
