**Role: Community Mental Health Support Worker**

**Annual salary: £25,350 per annum plus an additional £1353.42 essential car user allowance**

**Location: Worthing, West Sussex**

**Hours: Full Time 37.5hrs**

**Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm**

We are looking for an empathetic and compassionate individual to join our Community Mental Health Service working in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust in Worthing.

**About you**

Do you have experience supporting people with mental health needs?

Do you have access to a car to meet people in the community?

Do you have an understanding of different mental health needs?

Are you a good communicator?

Can you offer a person-centred approach to offering support?
