Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sage
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
