**Job Title: SuccessFactors Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)**

**Job type: Contract (Inside IR35)**

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team and drive the implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions. As a SuccessFactors Functional SME, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SuccessFactors modules, and providing expertise to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SuccessFactors configuration.
- Lead the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SuccessFactors solutions with business objectives and HR best practices.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SuccessFactors functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors configurations, integrations, and functionality.
- Document configuration changes, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Functional Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and functionality, particularly Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in system testing, validation, and support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules or related fields is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £450.00-£550.00 per day
