My London based client is searching for a highly skilled HRIS Business Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors experience to help drive their human resources solutions to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that SuccessFactors implementations support strategic HR initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
Lead workshops, trainings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors .
Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to analyse data, create detailed documentation, and deliver actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field preferred.
