Admin/accounts Assistant + Sales Support

We are looking for our someone to join our very busy but small team. This is an office admin/accounts position assisting with the processing of customer orders and queries for uniforms and logo'd items etc and support to the accounts package. A minimum of 3 years office admin/accounts experience is a must, along with an eye for detail and a good sense of humour.
You will receive training on our bespoke system and be required to raise sales orders and quotes to send to customers for approval as well as data entry onto our accounts package.
Main duties include following up sales enquiries as well as assist with ordering stock and prioritising orders through production as well as answering the telephone. Once orders are ready to send out, raise dispatch notes and invoices and periodically file and archive completed paperwork. Data entry will include invoices and payments to the accounts system.
You will need to pitch in with any other adhoc tasks required to help things proceed smoothly within the small team, being a team player is a must. As is at least 3 years office admin experience.
Hours are by arrangement, and must be at least 25 to 30 per week, with regular timings across Monday through to Friday each week.
