Page Group are partnered with a leading FMCG Food organisation based in Taunton to recruit a Payroll & HR Administrator on a part time, permanent basis.

**Description**
**THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION 20 TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK**
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for the business including, uploading hours, bonuses, holiday pay
- Point of contact for all employee salary and payroll queries.
- Collate hours from sites and calculate regular and overtime hours
- Calculate any holiday pay due using existing template
- Check Pension provider website for any opt outs and do pension refunds
- Add new starters to system
- Maintain templates for accommodation deductions
- Amend system for leavers and Issue P45's
- Any other payroll administration duties as required by the business.
- Inputting of purchase invoices
- Balancing supplier payments
- Process all new starters and leavers including but not limited to production of employment contracts, induction packs, leaver letters and holiday payments.
- Any other HR administration duties as required by the business.
**Profile**
- Previous Payroll / HR Administration experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident with systems and IT
