Training Coordinator/admin

Starting rate: National Living Wage
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Training Coordinator/Administrator. The primary responsibilities include:
- **Arranging and Booking Training**:
- Coordinate training sessions for CIS subcontractors and employees, ensuring timely scheduling and booking of relevant courses.
- Communicate effectively with trainers and participants to confirm attendance and provide necessary details.
- **Updating and Maintaining Training Matrix**:
- Regularly update the training matrix to reflect current employee training status.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of training records for compliance purposes.
- **Booking and Tracking NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications)**:
- Facilitate the entire NVQ process, from initial registration to successful completion.
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor progress and deadlines for NVQs.
- **Distributing Training Certificates**:
- Issue and distribute training certificates promptly upon completion of courses.
- Keep accurate records of certificates issued and maintain a database for easy retrieval.
- **General Office Admin**:
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred.
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
