Purchase Ledger - Part time - Fleet
**Your new company**
A not for profit company is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to join their team on a temporary basis for around 6 months which will then be reviewed.
**Your new role**
- Administer financial systems for processing and payment of sales ledger invoices, reconciling cash, importing payments and any other processes
- Ensure Income is received in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Be the first line of support for all enquiries
- Generate financial and performance information reports and data as required
- Manage & reconcile manual receipts from cash management interface
- Prepare cheques for banking when necessary
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience with operating computer-based information systems and other software
- Experience of working in a finance team
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
