**About the Role**
You will join a team of three at Habinteg. We are looking for someone who can help coordinate our learning and development activities, look after our training programme whilst assisting in recruitment. We have an office between Bradford and Leeds and offer hybrid working.
35 hours per week with flexibility working. You may need to travel to the London office for the odd team meeting, but we will always make sure you have lots of notice.
**About You**
We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about HR. You will have excellent communication skills, are organised and manage your time wisely, and approachable.
You should also be confident in your general HR and employment law knowledge to support the business and our colleagues with our day to day and business as usual areas of the role. It goes without saying that confidentiality and being a strong relationship builder is key.

- Supporting with our weekly and monthly reports
- Payroll
- L&D development
