Area Specification Manager - Kent, Surrey, East Sussex & West Sussex.
Basic salary up to £42k dependant on experience + £7k car allowance plus monthly & annual bonus.
Reporting to the Head of Specification the key purpose of the role is to build effective working relationships with Building, Mechanical and Public Health Consultants across Kent, Surrey, East & West Sussex with visits to other regions when necessary to includedesign, project meetings and site visits.
The role is home office/field-based meeting clients either virtually or face to face as required.

**Responsibilities**:
*To visit and build effective working relationships with design consulting engineers within your region.
*To help make sure my client is the supplier of choice with design consultants and that their products are specified in the design process of new builds and retrofits. You will be target driven and expected to grow your region, opening new relationships withexisting and new clients and design consulting engineers within your region. The task is to sell and educate clients about the merits (technically and legislative) of my client's products. These relationships will then ensure we become the supplier of choiceand wherever possible are mandated into the design process.
*CRM Database Management - support the team and company in monitoring and updating relevant accounts and projects.
*Possess strong technical prowess and the ability and willingness to learn quickly. Understanding of technical schematics is essential.
*To ensure the correct contacts in each customer account are identified and visited on a regular basis by effective planning.
*Demonstrate daily the company's core values and support, be part of, the companies mission statement.
*Aim to and achieve yearly financial targets and daily standard objectives.
*To be a team-player, liaising closely with the head office team with regular meetings with our commercial team.
*Gain a high level of understanding of all products and how they work.
*Carry out CPD presentations to design consultant engineers.
*Manage individual regional budget for customer entertainment and expenses plus other industry events.
*Attend Industry Events when required which may include overnight stays.
- Other ad-hoc related duties as required.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Interest in the water treatment industry
- Face to face Account Management experience.
